A brute force approach to circle packing. A lot of thanks to jsgolf slack channel residents @xem and @qfox helped **a lot** reducing my original 167 characters attempt ( https://codegolf.tk/a/152 ), as in actually doing most of it. I honestly did not think reaching 140 bytes was possible.
