    This is really cool.
  • u/katkip
    #math is awesome
  • u/iverjo
    Explanation?
  • u/rodrigo.siqueira
The Kuramoto Model describes how small interactions between oscillators can lead to synchronization between them. E.g. flashing of fireflies, group of metronomes, neural network of spiking neurons can sync after a period. Oscillatory neural networks are a promising field for future research in both natural and Artificial Intelligence

Here's a recent youtube movie that's relevant, and perhaps an inspiration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J4PO7NbdKXg #pendulum

    Sweet!
  • u/sigveseb
    very nice
  • u/gambit
hi im new! can you explain me "c.width|=0" what does it do? thanks
  • u/DataMeta
Welcome! It's a shorter way of clearing canvas pixels/state. Can be chained like so: for(c.width|=n=i=256;i--;). It can't be done here because we must clear the canvas before scaling it
  • u/includeRubiks
    so cool
